The following items may be critical to your loan being completed in a timely manner. Please provide them if they apply to you.

Copy of Executed Contract
Copy of Contract on current house if sold or copy of Listing Agreement.
Last 2 W2's from each Borrower
Self Employed Only
Please provide the last 2 tax returns (all pages)
P&L for year to date earnings
If ownership in company is more than 25% K1's may be required
2 Months of Asset Statements (all pages)
Checking, Savings, Stock, 401k, or any other funds we will be documenting for you cash to close.
Last 2 Pay stubs from each borrower to cover at least 2 pay periods
If Divorced we may need a copy of your divorce decree
Please provide name and number of intended Insurance Company asap to make sure coverage verification doesn't hold up the drawing of closing documents.
We will be taking a deposit in the amount of $300.00 to cover the upfront cost of your credit and appraisal report once formal loan approval has been obtained and prior to ordering these items.
Visa or MC and check is allowed for such items. This will be credited at closing on your final closing statement.
Due to the Lender requirements under the Patriot Act we will be requiring that you provide 2 forms of ID at closing, such as your Drivers Lic, SS Card, Passport, or any other form of ID with your name on it.
